OAO India is looking for a talented Senior Game Developer to join, an experienced and passionate team in delivering an exciting title. This is an opportunity for those who want to leave their mark in the gaming Industry.
As a Programmer you will: Design and implement game mechanics and gameplay systems.
Create and implement artificial intelligence (AI) for nonplayer characters (NPCs) and bots.
Develop multiplayer game features, including network architecture, matchmaking, and player communication.
Collaborate with artists and designers to create engaging and immersive game experiences.
Optimize game performance to ensure smooth gameplay on a variety of platforms.
Research and stay uptodate with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Must have skills:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Game Development or a related field.
Strong programming skills in C#, and unity
Indepth knowledge of game engines such as Unity.
Experience with multiplayer game development and networking protocols such as TCPIP, UDP, and WebSockets.
Strong understanding of AI algorithms and techniques such as behavior trees, decisionmaking, and pathfinding.
Familiarity with game analytics and player data collection.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Useful to have:
4 years’ experience in the games industry.
Contributed to shipped titles on Mobile games.
Graphics systems (2D3D graphics, animation, camera control, lighting, materials, and shaders)
knowhow.
Experience of working to manufacturers guidelines for the relevant platforms.
Knowledge of the requirements placed on gameplay code by a multiplayer networked game.
Networking experience (TCPIP, UDP, both clientserver and peertopeer).
Memory management experience.
Ability to coordinate work for a small team of programmers.
Produce milestone and platform submission builds.
Experience with thirdParty library, API, and SDK
