The candidate should possess at least 8 yrs experience for AM TA role.
He must possess 10+ yrs experience for Manager TA role.
Should have hands on experience in Talent Acquisition in any of the following industries:
Infra Construction Power EPC Projects Heavy Engineering Oil & Gas Railways.
MBA HR preferred.
