First-class knowledge of SAP-Payroll Processing and related accounting entries.
Proficiency in MS-Office tools and familiarity with local languages like Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Job Title: AGM Payroll Payroll Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and compile payroll inputs.
Actively interact with branches units for payroll related issues.
Upload payroll inputs into SAP.
Process payroll.
Post the monthly payroll results into SAPFI Module.
Clear payroll related liability & vendor accounts as needed.
Prepare Statutory Reports such as PF, ESI, PT & Income Tax.
Advise cheque mode payments to branches SSC Vizag Plant.
Send monthly branch reports for statutory & other related payments.
Advise for statutory and 3rd party payments within the time lines.
Process offcycle payments for reimbursements, such as LTA, Marketing Incentive, etc.
Manage various employee related insurances such as mediclaim, personal accident, term life, deposit linked, and life cover sum assured administration for gratuity and SAF funds.
Highlevel knowledge on employee retiral benefits such as 10D Pension, 10C withdrawals, 13R Transfers, Form I & J of Gratuity settlements, SAF Settlements and transfers, annuity and ROC advice.
Prepare MIS Reports for Budgets, Monthly cost sheets.
Compile data for Actuarial valuation of Gratuity & Leave Encashment.
Attend to Audits (statutory and internal).
Prepare and disburse Full & Final Settlements.
Collect & compile Income Tax declarations proofs.
Compile data for preparing & issuing Form 16.
Prepare & file Income Tax Quarterly Returns.
Incentive (EIP & Mktg.) administration and disbursements.
Trust Accounts (Other than PF) finalization and submission for LEI Renewals.
SAF Reconciliation and placement of statements in intranet.
Administration of special schemes, such as Own Your Car Scheme, etc.
Administer Higher Pension option applications.
Digital approvals of changes modifications deletions corrections in pension master
Educational Qualification:
PostGraduate Degree in HRM MBAHRM
Experience:
