Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:§ Provide high level technical support to Indonesia Distributors Customers & SEA customers (as and when required).
§ Installation, Commissioning & Customer Training.
§ To attend customer complaint and solve the problem and provide high customer satisfaction.
§ Attending Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and resolving problems in the machines and Tools at the customer site.
§ Identify and implement upgradation retrofit opportunity.
§ Work on longterm relationship with the customer through annual reliability service contracts.
§ Train and support Distributor service engineers on the product.
§ Generate Target revenue.
§ Collect feedback from customer and share it with the concerned departments for improvements (if any).
§ Engaging with the Distributor Customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.

Qualification & Certification (if applicable)· Qualification:
o Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
o Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is an advantage

Experience § 3 to 5 years’ experience in working with special purpose packaging pharma Industrial machine installation, commissioning and after sales support.
Communication & Language Proficiency
§ Excellent written and oral communication (English & Local Language)
