Roles & Responsibilities

  • Relevant degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in process safety management within the chemical or fertilizer industry.
  • Knowledge of RCA, HAZOP, and MOC procedures.
  • Strong understanding of process safety standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Develop and monitor strategic plans to improve process safety performance.
  • Implement and review RCA recommendations across plants.
  • Follow up on CAPEX projects related to process safety enhancements.
  • Review and oversee MOC and HAZOP studies before corporate approval.

Job description

1. Developing, implementing and monitoring strategic plans for enhancing process safety performance.
2. To ensure implimentation of RCA recomendations at cross plants for the enhancing process safety performance
3. CAPEX jobs followup with corporate for enhancing process safety performance.
4. Monitoring & reviewing PSPI and providing strategic plan to counter the hindrances.
5. MOC & hazop studies reviewing before corporate approvals.
6. To ensure CCESP standards implementation and periodical revisions.
7. To implement critical technical studies as required for enhancing process safety performance
8. To ensure process competency modules implementation all the time and periodical revisions as required .
9. To ensure process safety procedural implementation & revisions
