Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and documentation skills
  • Professional work attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience working in Microsoft and Google systems preferred  
  • Tech-savvy 
  • Dedicated space to work from with minimal background noise during calls and online meetings 
  • Robust Wi-Fi and a reliable computer
  • Successful completion of all necessary background checks
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team 
  • Aptitude for problem-solving based on established processes and procedures 
  • Meticulous habits in logging interactions via established business processes and tools 
  • Ability to learn and become knowledgeable about customer products and services 
  • Demonstrably effective soft skills, active listening skills, and ability to empathize with customers' needs 

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
