We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to drive HR strategy, team engagement, and operational excellence. This role requires someone experienced in managing remote, multicultural teams and passionate about building a thriving company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment and onboarding for international hires
Develop training programs and continuous learning initiatives
Oversee performance management systems and KPIs
Foster engagement, resolve conflicts, and support culturebuilding
Implement HR policies tailored to remote operations
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years HRPeople Ops experience with remote, startup teams
Skilled in hiring, training, and performance tracking
Strong communicator across diverse cultures
Comfortable innovating and improving HR processes in a fastpaced environment
