Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to oversee the configuration, customization, and daily management of Zoho
CRM applications. The ideal candidate for this role should excel in optimizing workflow automation, ensuring data
integrity, and supporting cross-functional teams with CRM best practices and user training. This role is critical for
maximizing the effectiveness of customer management systems and ensuring seamless CRM operations across
organizational processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Configure and manage all aspects of Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, data import/export, and system
    settings.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data accuracy and security.
  • Customize dashboards, reports, and user interfaces for enhanced user experience and actionable insights.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other platforms and third-party tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and profiles to ensure secure access and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
  • Provide training and user support to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and increased CRM utilization.


Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, system management, or related experience.
  • Proficiency in Zoho CRM and experience with workflow automation and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Experience with data migration, data validation, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to ongoing system improvements and troubleshooting.
