Job description

Our client is seeking a detailoriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join their growing CRM team within the fastpaced gambling industry. The successful candidate will support the CRM Manager in the execution of player communication campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement, retention, and reactivation across multiple channels. This is a handson, operational role focused on the daytoday execution of CRM campaigns—from setup and deployment to ongoing optimization.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Launch CRM campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and inapp messaging
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
  • Conduct AB testing and pilot campaigns based on segmentation and player behavior
    • Automation & Triggered Journeys

      • Implement and maintain automated communication flows based on user actions and lifecycle stages
      • Set up and monitor communication chains to enhance player conversion and retention
        • Content Production & Coordination

          • Create and manage templates for CRM communications
          • Prepare briefs and technical requirements for designers, copywriters, and developers
          • Align messaging with promotional calendars and reactivation strategies
            • Collaboration & Quality Assurance

              • Work closely with product, promotions, and analytics teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals and player expectations
              • Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain consistency and targeting accuracy before campaign launches
                • 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

                  • Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably within the gambling industry
                  • Proven experience executing multichannel CRM campaigns using CRM platforms
                  • Strong grasp of segmentation, user journeys, and behavioral targeting
                  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns
                  • Solid understanding of key CRM metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and churn
                  • Proficiency in ExcelGoogle Sheets and using performance dashboards
                  • Effective communicator with strong task and time management skills
                  • Fluency in Russian and English is essential
