Job Summary
Overall responsibility for managing sales and communication strategies for Leviathan Core, including identifying and developing areas of sales growth and profit enhancement over the short, medium, and long term. Negotiates with clients on behalf of the sales team and works with marketing, sales, and operations to develop and implement sales strategies. Furthermore, the individual will train and provide relevant materials to aid the implementation and enforcement of contracts across the business. This position is also responsible for compiling market data and providing industry analysis as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Grow revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.
- Craft and execute a business strategy effectively.
- Make decisions based on business metrics.
- Work with the C-level to advance Leviathan’s value proposition and overall strategic relationships with partners.
- Develop strategic plans and new sales motions which scale to drive revenue and customer acquisition.
- Recruit, build, coach, and develop sales teams with accountability across revenue and growth goals.
- Lead scalable forecasting, quota, and budgeting processes.
- Continually build a new pipeline of projects.
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with strategic customers.
- Address and resolve strategic customer complaints.
- Act as the main point of contact between strategic customers and internal teams.
- Communicate and collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams to ensure that strategic customers’ needs are met.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for management and key stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of strategic customers’ needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with strategic customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals.
- Close business and drive revenue.
- Develop trusted relationships with prospective customers and elevate within the company to senior management to drive desired outcomes.
- Report on sales metrics and accurate forecasts directly to the CRO.
- Support events, trainings, and key market meetings as required.
- Maintain a pulse on all end-user opportunities across the country and ensure a dedicated list of opportunities tied to said account. This includes ensuring all regions always have a clear list of targeted opportunities.
- Drive the development and execution of customer and strategic presentations, including the annual and strategic business and marketing plans, while collaborating cross-functionally to align on strategy.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage the sales team employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training; staffing/workplace planning; scheduling; assigning and directing work; evaluating performance; recognizing and rewarding; disciplining; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related discipline OR equivalent experience is required.
- Ten or more years in diverse sales roles, driving and implementing revenue growth.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and results oriented. Must be inspiring, motivating, capable of building trusted relationships, and a strong negotiator with the ability to find win-win solutions.
- Strong executive presence.

Work Schedule
- The position requires varying shifts Monday through Friday to cover business operations.
- Work week hours will typically be 40 hours and may occasionally expand above 45–50 hours.
- Frequent overnight travel may be required for in-person client meetings, industry conventions, and strategic engagements.
