We are now seeking a motivated and strategic Business/Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to help us expand our client base and support our Go-To-Market strategy.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prospect new business opportunities by identifying and researching companies that use Salesforce or could benefit from Nuvolar’s services, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha.
  • Build and maintain structured lead lists in Salesforce, enriching them with key information and ensuring alignment with our ideal customer profiles across industries (e.g., Pharma, Tech, Travel, Manufacturing).
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential clients, ensuring messaging is tailored to their pain points and aligned with the value that Nuvolar or Salesforce can provide.
  • Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring timely engagement and guiding them toward the next step in the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations, using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to assess readiness and fit.
  • Understand the client’s technology environment, especially their Salesforce setup or broader tech stack, to ensure proper qualification before handoff.
  • Schedule and hand over qualified leads by booking discovery calls with the appropriate Sales Director, depending on the service line.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to share insights from outreach, optimize messaging, and ensure alignment between campaigns and prospect feedback.
  • Log all prospecting activities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and maintaining full pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze prospecting performance and trends to provide input for refining the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and improving lead generation tactics.

What You Need to Excel
  • 3+ years in Business Development or Sales Development roles, ideally in Salesforce consulting or IT services.
  • Proven track record in outbound lead generation and qualification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Adaptability in outreach based on industry, company size, and maturity level.
  • Critical thinker who thrives independently and brings fresh ideas to the table.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English (oral and written) are essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
