The opportunity

As part of Atomi’s Sales and School Partnerships team, you’ll introduce Atomi to schools across Australia and the globe.
This is an entry to midlevel sales role, perfect for someone motivated by learning, growth, or financial goals or all three. You’ll join a growthfocused but supportive sales team, where we combine the science of sales with the creativity to test, adapt and improve.

Working closely with our wider School Partnerships team, you’ll be the first point of contact for new schools. You’ll guide them from their first conversation with us through to becoming happy, engaged customers, making sure they have everything they need to succeed.

At Atomi, we aim to move quickly and keep things transparent. Once you’re into the interview stage, we’ll make sure you get meaningful feedback and insights from the team. For this role, you can expect the process to look like this:
• Initial Screen w Atomis People Team
• Interview Round 1: Culture and Motivations
• Interview Round 2: Technical Assessment Role Play

What Youll Do
  • Build relationships with key contacts in schools, understanding their needs and connecting them to the right Atomi solutions.
  • Make strategic calls and send personalised emails to generate and nurture opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations (virtual and onsite) to show schools how Atomi can help their teachers and students thrive.
  • Accurately document key details, including use cases, timelines and next steps.
  • Work towards pipeline and activity goals (around 30 strategic calls a day) while having the freedom to plan your own approach when targets are met.
  • Partner with other teams to ensure schools have a great onboarding experience and stay engaged with Atomi.
  • Collaborate with a team that’s open, supportive and driven with plenty of exposure to experienced leaders.

  • Experience in one or more of these areas: teaching, edtech, recruitment, or entrylevel sales.
  • A track record of understanding customer needs and finding ways to meet them.
