Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Remote

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help drive growth by connecting potential clients to lifeenhancing healthcare services that significantly improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify new potential customers through targeted outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and strategic social selling techniques.

  • Sales Engagement: Connect with prospective clients, clearly communicate our clinics unique services, and schedule highquality appointments with healthcare professionals.

  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline, accurately record client interactions, and regularly update CRM records to ensure uptodate reporting and performance tracking.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize sales performance metrics to consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly targets.

    • Qualifications
      • Previous experience in a Sales Development or similar role, ideally within a healthcare, wellness, or SaaS environment.

      • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.

      • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse decisionmakers.

      • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in leveraging data for improved sales outcomes.

      • Selfmotivated, driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fastpaced, and goaloriented environment.
