OUR DAYTODAY:

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls

  • Provide top tier support and service to our customers

    • THE DETAILS:

      • Start Date: Monday, August 18, 2025

      • Virtual Training: 4 weeks Full Timemandatory – MondayFriday 8:00AM5:00PM

      • Full Time Shift After Training: Weekdays, 11:30AM8:00PM

      • Saturdays andor Sundays Required: 10:30AM7:00PM

      • Compensation: $17.00HR + 5% hourly pay increase for approved EnglishSpanish fluency

        • YOU’LL BRING:

          • Fluency in both English and Spanish

          • Customer Service with impeccable interpersonal skills

          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

          • Computer & typing literacyproficiency, working with multiple software applicationsscreens simultaneously

          • Phone Experience in a customer servicecall center environment preferred

          • High school Diploma or GED equivalent, must also be 18 years or older
