Job description

About the Role

We’re launching Tagvenue Pro, our AI-powered SaaS product that’s transforming how venues run their businesses. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a frontline role in this shift. You’ll engage directly with venue managers, showcase how our technology simplifies operations, and close deals that bring measurable impact to their business.

You’ll manage your own pipeline, lead demos, and close deals with venues eager to modernize. This is your chance to drive change in a fast-moving industry and be rewarded directly through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling, insight-driven product demos that highlight real-world value and automation impact for venue partners.

  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM and AI-driven sales tools to stay organized, track conversions, and hit performance targets.

  • Proactively build relationships with the venue managers (current and future accounts)

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and broader team to refine messaging, optimize tactics, and continuously raise the bar.

  • Act as the voice of the customer — capturing insights, surfacing objections, and informing product iterations to help us scale smarter.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in sales, ideally selling SaaS in the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent communication and closing skills in short-term cycle.

  • Proven ability to manage leads and hit revenue targets.

  • Comfortable in a commission-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with AI sales tools or CRM automation.

  • C1+ English required

Expectations
  • Sales Delivery: Hit and exceed monthly quotas.

  • Pipeline Management: Own your sales cycle and track conversion metrics.

  • Customer Focus: Educate, consult, and convert venue partners.

  • Product Advocacy: Stay sharp on product evolution and positioning.

What makes us a great place to work
  • Base salary + attractive performance-based commissions

  • Flexible working hours

  • 24 paid days off per year & all bank holidays to support your work-life balance

  • Day off on your birthday

  • Access to private healthcare

  • Growth budget for books and courses

  • As a part of the events industry, we are all about parties! We work, we achieve our goals, and we don’t forget about celebrating our successes- every quarter we gather in Kraków to see each other in person and have fun together!
