Job description

About Inspiren

Inspiren offers the most complete and connected ecosystem in senior living. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret turned cardiothoracic nurse, Inspiren proves that compassionate care and technology can coexist - bringing peace of mind to residents, families, and staff.

Our integrated solutions seamlessly fit into existing workflows, capturing everything happening within a community. Backed by nurse specialists and powerful analytics, we provide the data operators need to make informed clinical and operational decisions - driving efficiency, profitability, and better care outcomes.

The Opportunity

As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll play a critical role in shaping Inspiren’s next phase of growth. You will help define the company’s strategic initiatives and identify high-impact partnerships that enhance value for our senior living community customers.

You’ll work across the senior living landscape — including operators, capital partners, clinical organizations, and technology vendors — to uncover synergies and co-develop scalable, differentiated solutions. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
  • Define Strategic Initiatives: Help identify how Inspiren can make the greatest impact within senior living communities and evolve our ecosystem strategy accordingly.

  • Identify & Evaluate Partners: Source and assess potential partnerships across senior living operators, service providers, technology vendors, and capital partners.

  • Shape Value Propositions: Understand customer pain points and identify where partnerships can supercharge value delivery.

  • Drive Integrations: Influence integration roadmaps in collaboration with product and engineering, ensuring our platform unlocks new capabilities through partner alignment.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales to bring partnerships to life and ensure consistent messaging and delivery.

  • Establish Repeatable Processes: Create frameworks for assessing, launching, and scaling partnerships — from negotiation to activation to performance tracking.

Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or strategy roles — ideally in healthtech, digital health, or senior living

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem — bonus if you know long-term care, aging services, or senior living

  • Exceptional relationship builder and communicator — able to influence internally and externally at all levels

  • Strategic thinker who thrives on translating market insights into partnership opportunities

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with lots of ambiguity and autonomy

  • Passionate about building technology that improves lives and supports caregivers

Why Inspiren
  • Join a mission-driven team tackling one of the biggest challenges in healthcare: aging with dignity and safety

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team at the forefront of clinical innovation and AI

  • Work directly with leadership to shape the future of our partnerships and go-to-market approach

  • Competitive compensation and equity at a high-growth Series B company
