Illumio’s Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to assist the Marketing Automation Manager with daily campaign operations and reporting.

Manage and process inbound requests within Asana
Assist the Marketing Automation Manager with Marketo list imports, campaign builds and reviews, program execution, and database reporting.
Communicate with request stakeholders on ticket status and clarification
Use other marketing ops tools, like Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ZoomInfo to create or enrich records, Zoom for Webinars, etc.
Meet regularly with the Marketing Automation Manager to review requests and remove roadblocks
Document processes and assist teammates with system processes

2 years of B2B marketing operations or automation experience.
Marketo and Salesforce experience. Certifications are a plus.
Be a self-starter. Be curious. Have the drive to build and optimize.
Communicate clearly and often to ensure leadership and colleagues are kept aware of relevant issues or updates.
Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively.
Proactive and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions.
Able to work in the US Eastern time zone from 9 am to 5 pm
