We’re looking for a Marketing Automations Specialist who thrives on turning messy systems into clean, automated machines.

You’ll take full ownership of marketing automation, currently shared across the team, and bring structure to how we use HubSpot, AI tools, and reporting platforms. You’ll also help us connect inbound data with internal systems, keep our CRM squeaky clean, and implement external-facing sales insights dashboards for clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Build and manage inbound/outbound workflows across HubSpot and other tools.

  • Connect inbound form data with internal platforms to drive real-time insights and routing.

  • Set up and maintain end-to-end automation for lead generation, nurturing, and qualification.

  • Roll out clear reporting tools, alerts, and dashboards for internal and client use.

  • Own HubSpot marketing automation setup and data hygiene.

  • Automate lead qualification and segmentation (MQLs/SQLs) using workflows and scoring.

  • Help the marketing team automate repetitive tasks using AI, including building intelligent workflows and agents.
