We are seeking an exceptional Technical/Operations Director to lead and elevate our SaaS operations to the next level. As the Technical/Operations Director, you will oversee the development, management, and optimization of our SaaS platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and delivers unparalleled value to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy, driving performance, innovation, and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Define and execute the technical and operational strategy for the SaaS platform, ensuring scalability and innovation.
  • Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the SaaS platform, ensuring best-in-class performance and reliability.
  • Implement and refine processes for product delivery, client onboarding, and system maintenance to meet SLAs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to optimize platform performance and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, and client success teams to align technical capabilities with business goals.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience as a technical or operations leader in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and platform management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and support staff.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., churn rate, LTV, CAC) and operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
