  • Accurately document customer interactions and solutions within our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to address complex issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the resolution provided.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and the latest industry trends to enhance support quality.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
      • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
      • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
      • Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on customer care.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote assistance tools is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
