  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

  • Strong adaptability and willingness to work in a remote environment.
  • No experience necessary; a strong interest in customer support is important.
