Bachelor’s Degree (B.com)/Post Graduate Degree (MBA/M.Com), CMA Inter, ACCA pursuing from an accredited university
Strong accounting knowledge along with experience of preparation of Financial Statements
Knowledge about Principles and concepts of Accounting and understanding of various journal entries
Experience in working with MS Office particularly MS Word and MS Excel
Should be willing to work in shifts
Maintain flexibility to work extra hours, as necessary, to meet client commitments
0-1 years of experience in end to end accounting is preferable
Responsibilities
Analysis of client provided data to complete the book keeping
Record necessary journal entries such as accrual, reversal, reallocation, reclassification, provisioning etc.
Finalization of various accounts and reconciliations of GST/HST, tax, intercompany, bank, visa, investments
Recording of information in various schedules in the tax software such as 1, 2,3,4,6,7,8, 8S, 21,100, 125
Preparation and up-dation of various of forms in tax software
Maintain time sheet tracker on daily basis
Ensure that assigned work is completed within the stipulated time
Adhere to client guidelines/specification for all returns
Attend the process training as per process requirement
Work on feedback received from QA
