Job description

A company that manufactures and sells pyrotechnics is looking for a Quality Control and Sourcing Manager to join the team.

Key task:
To control production at all stages, to find suppliers for a given product at a favorable price, to control the withdrawal of the video report how the fireworks work

Responsibilities

Search for suppliers (partner factories), new products/effects at optimal prices.
Analysis of products (works, services) for compliance with the requirements established by technical regulations, standards (technical conditions), delivery conditions under the Contract.
Review of shooting of own products and competitors' products, their videotaping, making comments on technical characteristics, effects.
Testing samples of manufactured products for compliance with the declared (ordered) technical characteristics, effects and label quality by visual inspection of the product, its testing (shooting) and taking measurements, parameters of the products.
Keeping video footage and drawing up test reports with remarks and comments based on the test performed.
Control over elimination of discrepancies in technical specifications, effects and labeling.
Systematization of data on the actual quality level of products.
Acceptance of a batch of produced goods at the factory by quantity and quality (visual inspection).
Control of the terms of production and shipment of goods.
Accompaniment, acceleration of shipment of goods.
Work with complaints and claims on the quality of goods.
Preparation of conclusions on the results of consideration of complaints and claims to the quality of products (works, services).
Executes instructions, norms, rules, standards, orders, as well as oral and written orders and instructions of the immediate supervisor within the limits of his competence (within the framework of this job description).
