Job description

Langate is looking for a skilled and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the online presence of our company and its brands across key platforms. This is not a role for generic SMM execution — we need someone with a B2B mindset, fluent in digital communications, familiar with IT/software development space, and capable of shaping a strong presence rather than simply "promoting" content.  
You will work with Langate's internal content and design teams but own the strategic and executional part of social media: managing accounts, launching ad campaigns, building engagement with industry professionals, and supporting outreach-driven lead generation.  

 

What We Expect 

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for B2B and/or IT companies  
  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn company pages and ad campaigns 
  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form content (English)
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with other pages, influencers, and community members 
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels and outreach mechanics
  • Familiarity with major platforms: LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram 

Nice-to-Have  

  • Experience developing and maintaining the content plan  
  • Involvement in building personal brand pages for founders or leadership 
  • Basic reporting and presentation skills (Google Sheets, Notion, or slides) 
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar BI tools 
  • Knowledge of automation/publishing tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite)

What You’ll Do  

  • Manage and grow official social media channels: LinkedIn (top priority), X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Xing, Telegram & WhatsApp groups  
  • Coordinate with our content team and designers to create platform-specific content (text, media, infographics, video previews, thought leadership pieces, etc.) 
  • Support outreach campaigns by aligning content with our B2B sales funnel 
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads) with clear performance goals  
  • Monitor trends in IT, SaaS, and digital marketing to suggest relevant formats and topics 
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and interaction across platforms (including replies and comments) 
  • Analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, brand perception) and prepare improvement reports
  • Occasionally assist with employer branding efforts (20% of the content, primarily in Ukrainian) 

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule. No late meetings and overtime.
