About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Sr. Director of North American Caselaw and the Global Head of Cases to help galvanize the Global Case Law team under a common growth and operating north star, and drive improvements in operational efficiency, margin, and customer satisfaction. You will help lead the change management required to transition the team into a production environment utilizing Generative AI to produce summaries and run GAI output review. You will also play an integral role in driving employee engagement and enabling high team performance. You will lead a homebased team of approximately 20 individual contributors located across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the workflows for digital and print delivery of caselaw content; maintains editorial product quality, accuracy, timeliness, and cost management across a global caselaw portfolio

  • Collaborates with commercial stakeholders to create new global caselaw content opportunities to drive the customer experience forward; consults regularly with inmarket teams to ensure content meets customer needs

  • Develops meaningful caselaw metrics in alignment with Global Editorial Operations targets

  • Executes on automation and drives adoption of global tools and systems delivery; eager to apply innovative content management systemsarchitecture to streamline processes

  • Actively manages the budget to ensure targets are met. Identifies and drives opportunities for savings; engages in vendor management and contract negotiation to ensure value; works with the Global Procurement as needed to specify effective processes and standards

  • Establishes and monitors objectives by providing regular feedback, coaching, training, and talent development; responsible for determining performance improvement opportunities and developing and executing coursecorrection plans
