💻 ASESOR DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE – 100% REMOTO

📌 FUNCIONES:

  • Brindar atención a clientes de servicios hogar (internet, cable y telefonía).
  • Gestionar consultas, reclamos y solicitudes.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y seguimiento de casos.
  • Ofrecer soluciones y realizar retención de clientes.

✅ REQUISITOS:

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 meses en Call Center (ATC o Cross Selling).
  • Residir en Lima o provincias.
  • Contar con PC o laptop propia.
  • Windows 10 o superior.
  • Procesador Core i3 de 5ta generación o equivalente en adelante.
  • Memoria RAM de 8 GB como mínimo.
  • Internet cableado de 50 Mbps como mínimo.
  • Audífonos con entrada USB.

🕒 HORARIOS DISPONIBLES:

FULL TIME

SEMI FULL

💰 BENEFICIOS:

  • SEMI FULL: S/ 922.50.
