About Our Family

We are a vibrant, fast-paced household with two independent, school-age children and a parent working remotely. Between demanding work schedules, occasional business travel, school routines, and a full lineup of after-school activities, our daily life has many moving parts. Although our weekly cleaner takes care of the deep cleaning, balancing our work and family life leaves little time for daily organization, logistics, and administrative tasks.

To keep our home running smoothly, we need an intuitive self-starter who can step into a dynamic environment and proactively create order. Rather than needing task-by-task direction, you should be someone who notices what needs to be done and takes the initiative to execute it. Your day-to-day focus will center on keeping the home running smoothly from keeping our pantry stocked, handling meal prep for family dinners, maintaining overall tidiness and running errands. We are looking for a natural organizer who takes real pride in creating functional, lasting systems that reduce daily friction and bring a sense of calm to a bustling household.

This position is ideal for a professional seeking a long-term role with significant room to evolve. If you excel at turning potential chaos into structured efficiency, love taking full ownership of your work, and want to become a crucial partner in supporting our home, you will find this to be a highly rewarding and appreciative environment.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and takes full ownership from day one without waiting for a to-do list. You naturally notice when the pantry is running low, laundry needs rotating, or a calendar conflict is brewing, and you resolve issues without needing step-by-step direction. Warm with teenagers, you easily navigate around a home office setup, working seamlessly in the background with natural discretion and strong independent judgment.

You are tech-savvy, clear in your communication, and constantly looking for ways to eliminate daily friction. Whether integrating family calendars, tracking school schedules, or managing task lists, you build practical systems that keep the household running smoothly. Reliable and punctual, you show up every day with a plan in mind and require minimal oversight to execute effectively. You also communicate thoughtfully and proactively — whether that is a quick note confirming a delivery window or a heads-up about a scheduling issue before it becomes a problem. Experience supporting busy families or working in a private home is a plus, though a track record of resourcefulness and dependability matters most to us.

We are particularly excited about someone who genuinely enjoys meal prep and batch cooking nutritious dinners. If you take pride in turning daily chaos into calm and want a rewarding role with room to grow, you will be a great fit. Above all, we are looking for someone who brings professionalism, warmth, and a genuine sense of ownership to their work and who values being part of a household that truly appreciates them.
