The company is focused on making specialized hearing care more accessible while delivering a supportive and personalized experience to every patient.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales position where responsiveness, communication, and the ability to build trust are key.

If you enjoy connecting with people, are comfortable working toward sales targets, and thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment, this could be a great fit!

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential patients over the phone, understand their concerns, and guide them toward booking an appointment with an audiologist.

  • Build rapport with prospective patients through friendly, empathetic, and professional conversations.

  • Confidently handle objections and help hesitant prospects feel comfortable taking the next step.

  • Follow up with leads through phone calls and text messages to maximize appointment bookings.

  • Maintain accurate contact information, notes, and lead statuses in GoHighLevel CRM.

  • Meet daily performance expectations related to response time, conversations, appointment bookings, and appointment attendance.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth experience from the initial inquiry to the scheduled appointment.

  • Confidence in handling objections, following up with prospects, and closing conversations with a clear next step.

  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A results-oriented mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and daily targets.

  • A quiet, professional home workspace and reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have

  • Previous sales experience in healthcare-related industries such as audiology, dental care, LASIK, medical aesthetics, Medicare, or similar services.

  • Experience using GoHighLevel or other CRM and dialing platforms.

  • Experience working with inbound leads and high-speed lead response processes.
