Role Overview
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join the Customer Success team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for hotel customers, helping them navigate the platform, answer everyday questions, and resolve common issues quickly and confidently. This is a 100% remote position (working hours 16:00–00:00 CET, with occasional weekend support).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customers via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
• Help customers with platform features, settings, and standard workflows.
• Resolve Tier 1, non-technical questions and escalate more complex issues to the Customer Success and Technical teams.
• Keep customer records accurate in HubSpot.
• Learn from and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support or hospitality.
• Experience in front desk, reservations, F&B, or similar hospitality environments is welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and technology.
• Patient, organised, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Familiarity with PMS, POS, or channel management is a bonus — not a requirement.
• Comfortable working in shifts.
