Job description

Job Description

Sysco is recruiting for a Total Reward Analyst to support compensation, benefits and reward activities across our UK and European markets. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based remotely anywhere in the UK, although occasional travel within Europe may be required.

As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will support the delivery of compensation, benefits and reward programmes that help ensure Sysco remains competitive, equitable and aligned with business objectives. You will analyse compensation data, conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations, support salary and incentive review cycles, and contribute to strategic reward initiatives including pay transparency, job architecture and reward system enhancements. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders, you will provide data-driven insights and recommendations, produce reward reporting and analysis, manage reward-related projects and queries, and identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, data accuracy and the overall colleague experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a Total Rewards position supporting UK and European markets, ideally within a large, complex organisation. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, and experience using HR information systems, preferably Workday. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for a wide range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, excellent relationship-building skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently are essential. A proactive, continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work is essential.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a cash car allowance, a home-based contract, a competitive pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, the option to purchase additional holiday, life assurance and employee discounts across a wide range of Sysco products.
