The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Senior Sourcing Specialist will help improve the sourcing process by building strong supplier relationships, negotiating costs to increase profitability, and staying informed about market trends. This role is responsible for sourcing products for quotation purposes to support Sales Associates and other employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to meet client proposal deadlines and business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and engage in daily sourcing responsibilities, serving as the primary sourcing resource and providing specialized expertise to the Sales Team.
• Build relationships with new and existing vendors and key suppliers.
• Initiate contact with vendors and distributors in a timely manner to meet client proposal deadlines.
• Identify pricing strategies, manage margins, and help mitigate customer loss to maximize profits.
• Negotiate pricing and costs with vendors and suppliers.
• Support and collaborate with Sales Associates and other team members to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities and encourage current non-Patriot vendors to collaborate with ASB Vendor Relations.
• Stay informed about industry and market trends and best practices.
• Work with Sales Leadership to identify customer needs and develop customer proposals.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1–3 years of related experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, sales support, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience negotiating pricing, coordinating with suppliers, and sourcing products for quotations is beneficial.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  
• Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
• Product sourcing and quotation preparation.
• Supplier and vendor relationship management.
• Pricing negotiations, cost management, and margin control.
• Market research and industry trend monitoring.
• Purchase orders, vouchers, and invoices.
• Sales support and customer proposal development.
• Supplier opportunity identification and vendor collaboration.

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000
