Für unseren Kunden in Zug, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und aufgeschlossene:n Sachbearbeiter:in Kreditorenbuchhaltung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung innerhalb eines digitalen Workflowsystems (MediusFlow, Microsoft D365)
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Kreditoren-Workflow (inkl. Überwachung offener Positionen)
  • Klärung von Rückfragen mit internen Fachabteilungen („Linie“) sowie externen Lieferanten
  • Mitarbeit bei internationalen Buchhaltungsprozessen, insbesondere im Umfeld von Intercompany-Transaktionen
  • Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen im Bereich Kreditoren
  • Sicherstellung von Compliance- und Qualitätsstandards im Rechnungswesen
  • Verarbeitung der Mitarbeiterspesen mit einer Spesensoftware

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Sachbearbeiter-Diplom
    Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit digitalen Workflow-Systemen in der Rechnungsverarbeitung
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Intercompany-Transaktionen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (Microsoft D365) sowie mit MediusFlow, Rydoo
  • Exakte, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit sowie Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Fristen einzuhalten
  • Fliessende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
