Job description

Job Type Full-time Description

SKUx is a leading fintech innovator (aka, financial technology & delivery) giving brands and retailers the ability to deliver secure, serialized, intuitive digital offers anywhere, anytime, at the speed of today’s consumer.

SKUx is radically different than coupons, digital or paper, because it’s currency (not an IOU). SKUx transforms virtually any coupon, rebate, or promotional offer into product-based payments for the world’s leading brands, marketing agencies, and retailers. We make campaigns simple and customizable for the ultimate control over our customer’s direct spend, offering complete trust and transparency.

We’re planning for growth and continued innovation and it’s an exciting time to join. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help turn strategy into action. If the below sounds like you and the kind of journey you’re seeking, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

What You’ll Do

The Marketing Coordinator will play a hands-on role in executing SKUx’s marketing programs across content, digital marketing, events, communications, and marketing operations.

You’ll help keep campaigns moving, content going out, events running smoothly, and our marketing systems organized. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, sales, leadership, and external partners to execute programs that build awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and genuinely enjoys getting things done. HubSpot experience is required.

The Day-to-Day:

Marketing Execution

  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities across digital, content, email, social media, and campaigns
  • Build and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
  • Maintain and update marketing content, website pages, sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing assets
  • Support content development, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, emails, case studies, one-pagers, and other customer-facing materials
  • Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns and deliverables stay on track
  • Help maintain consistency across SKUx’s brand, messaging, and visual identity

HubSpot & Marketing Operations

  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities within HubSpot
  • Build lists, emails, forms, landing pages, workflows, and campaigns
  • Maintain data quality, segmentation, and marketing contact organization
  • Track campaign activity and performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and reporting

Events & Conferences

  • Coordinate SKUx participation in conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and other industry events
  • Manage event logistics including booth materials, shipping, vendors, signage, promotional items, and deadlines
  • Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns
  • Support event lead capture, follow-up, and reporting
  • Help develop event materials, booth messaging, presentations, and promotional assets

Sales & Demand Generation Support

  • Partner with sales to support campaigns, outbound efforts, events, and sales enablement
  • Coordinate lead follow-up and campaign handoffs between marketing and sales
  • Track marketing-generated leads and engagement

What Supports Success in the Role

  • 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, SaaS, fintech, retail, or a related industry
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience is required
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns, workflows, and marketing automation
  • Experience coordinating events, conferences, trade shows, or sponsorships
  • Solid project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • A proactive mindset—you see what needs to be done and do it
  • Comfortable working with sales, leadership, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, or other marketing platforms is a plus

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Like doing, not just planning
  • Can take an idea and turn it into an actionable plan
  • Aren’t afraid to ask questions—or figure things out yourself
  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve
  • Want to see your work go from idea ? execution ? results

What We Offer

  • A highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
