Digital Marketing Coordinator (Work from Home) • FULL TIME

Intrinsic Digital has an office in Annapolis, Maryland, but all employees work remote and are spread out across the U.S. and the Philippines. • Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work hours: 7 pm - 3 am PH time for Onboarding, and then choice of scheduled hours after, starting at 6 pm PH time.
• Required Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day  
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday  
• Work Set-up: Remote (Company laptop and external monitor will be provided). The ideal applicants should reside within Metro Manila and aren’t presently engaged with any company/client  
• Start Date: Nov 2026

The Digital Marketing Coordinator candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is passionate about driving results. Qualified candidates will possess: 
 

• A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on marketing
• 1+ years of digital marketing experience
• A high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organization with the ability to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision

What will you do at Intrinsic Digital? 

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will immerse yourself in our digital marketing platforms and help develop strategies to increase client performance. You will also: 

• Learn how our digital tools add value to company strategy and performance
• Set up and maintain client campaigns and budgets in our ad platforms
• Suggest and collaborate on digital projects to increase customer ROI
• Analyze digital campaigns’ success and report on performance metrics
• Communicate regularly with our client-facing team to collect assets and get approval for new campaign launches
• Stay up to date with digital technology and marketing trends
