Job description

We are a dedicated Squad on a mission to redefine Swiss watchmaking, rooted in our legacy since 1884. Driven by innovation and precision we create timepieces that combine modern-retro design with casual, approachable, and sustainable luxury — powered by passionate teams around the world.

Join our vibrant team in La Chaux-de-Fonds as a Master Data & Supply Chain Excellence Intern and be part of something extraordinary!

At the crossroads of operations and data, this internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the structuring and transformation of Master Data within the Supply Chain, and to make it the company's single source of truth.
Your mission will be to support the definition and deployment of a robust data governance framework, ensuring the reliability, consistency and performance of critical data. The central challenge is to make sure that every system relying on this data — SAP and beyond — draws consistently on this common reference, rather than maintaining parallel or diverging versions. Beyond Master Data itself, you will also bring this same rigor in data and process to ongoing Supply Chain continuous improvement projects, directly contributing to operational excellence and informed decision-making across the organization.

Your contribution:

You structure Master Data governance

  • You contribute to defining data governance standards, roles and processes.
  • You support the formalization of data ownership and responsibilities (RACI).
  • You participate in documenting governance rules and guidelines.
  • You map existing data flows and validation workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

You ensure Master Data quality and establish it as the shared reference across systems:

  • You define and monitor data quality KPIs and support the implementation of data controls and validation rules.
  • You participate in data cleansing and correction initiatives, tracking their impact over time.
  • You identify discrepancies and duplications in Master Data across SAP and other systems, and support their alignment around a single, shared source of truth.
  • You contribute to developing dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor data quality and reliability, providing actionable insights.

You support continuous improvement projects across the Supply Chain:

  • You provide data and analytical support to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain.
  • You leverage your Master Data and data quality expertise to ensure these projects are grounded in reliable data.
  • You help translate insights into measurable actions and follow-up indicators.

Do you think there is even more to discover in this role? You're right — apply today and learn more!

You will fit perfectly into our #Squad if:

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree at a leading engineering school in Data, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • You have (ideally) previous academic or internship experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or process improvement (a strong plus to your candidacy)
  • You are proficient in ERP systems, such as SAP or similar platforms.
  • You have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable handling and analyzing complex datasets.
  • You have strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • You are familiar with Power BI and data visualization tools to develop dashboards and performance reports.
  • You have knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • You have a good command of French, both written and spoken.
  • You demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • You have an understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and improve existing processes.
  • You are rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
  • You are curious, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.

We invite you to apply even if you do not meet all of these criteria.
