Als Data Scientist / AI Engineer (all levels & all genders) entwickelst du moderne KI-Lösungen auf Basis von Large Language Models und klassischen Machine Learning-Methoden. Du identifizierst im engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden Potenziale für den Einsatz von KI, bewertest diese hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit und Business Value und setzt sie in skalierbare Lösungen um. Dabei bringst du sowohl fundierte Data Science- und ML-Skills als auch praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenplattformen und Cloud basierten Architekturen mit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst LLM basierte Anwendungen (z. B. RAG, Agenten, Automatisierungslösungen, Chat- & Assistenzsysteme).

  • Du identifizierst und bewertest KI Potenziale im Fachbereich, von der Use Case Ideation bis zur Machbarkeitsanalyse.

  • Du setzt Machine Learning-Modelle entlang des gesamten Lifecycles um: Datenaufbereitung, Feature Engineering, Modellierung, Evaluation und Deployment.

  • Du baust skalierbare Daten- und AI Pipelines in Cloud-Umgebungen auf (Azure, AWS oder GCP).

  • Du arbeitest eng mit Data Engineering und Fachbereichen, um KI Lösungen geschäftsrelevant zu gestalten.

  • Du erstellst Prototypen, Proof of Concepts und produktive Implementierungen.

  • Du weiterentwickelst unser Leistungsangebot im Bereich AI & Data Science sowie Bewertung neuer Methoden und Technologien.
