About the Role

As an Associate Provider Network Manager, you will assist with provider recruitment, contracting, credentialing support, network maintenance, and provider education. You will partner closely with internal teams and dental offices to ensure the provider network remains compliant, accurate, and positioned to meet member access standards.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in Florida. Travel of up to 25% may be required for provider visits, meetings, and network support activities.

What You'll Do

  • Support the recruitment of general dentists and specialists to strengthen provider networks and meet organizational goals.
  • Assist with network analysis to identify recruitment needs and ensure network adequacy.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with dental providers and office staff.
  • Review contracting and credentialing packets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collect and organize provider documentation required for onboarding and credentialing processes.
  • Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve provider and member-related issues.
  • Educate providers on Liberty Dental Plan policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct provider orientations and ongoing provider outreach.
  • Verify and maintain provider directory information, including office demographics, schedules, locations, and operating hours.
  • Support annual provider attestation and compliance activities.
  • Process provider and facility updates in a timely manner.
  • Conduct provider service calls and site visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support provider network operations and service excellence.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting provider networks, dental offices, managed healthcare, insurance operations, or related healthcare sales environments.
  • Experience working with Dental PPO and/or DHMO networks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to identify issues, conduct research, and follow through to resolution.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance meeting company requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Background as a dental hygienist, dental assistant, office manager, or other dental practice professional.
  • Experience with provider credentialing, contracting, claims, or provider relations.
  • Experience with Medicaid dental networks.
  • Bilingual communication skills.
  • Previous experience working for a dental insurance carrier or managed care organization.
