Job description

Our client's People & Culture (P&C) organization is transforming how it operates through artificial intelligence, trusted data and scalable analytics products. The AI & Data team — People Analytics, Data Foundation & Governance, Scaled Data Products and AI Transformation — is shifting P&C from fragmented, manually intensive reporting toward an AI-enabled, data-driven operating model.

This Senior Project Manager reports directly to the VP of AI & Data (day-to-day with the Head of People Analytics & AI) and works across P&C, IT, Enterprise AI, Information Security and technology partners. The role is open because the portfolio has grown faster than our delivery capacity: concurrent Visier product launches (HRBP, Manager Scorecard, Executive dashboards, Performance), a Tableau migration, and six AI agent domains under the Big Rock 2 program all need one accountable execution partner.

This is not a traditional task-tracking PM role. We need a strategic execution partner who brings structure to ambiguity, removes obstacles, connects cross-functional teams and ensures investments translate into measurable business outcomes — someone who can turn a roadmap into dated, owned, de-risked delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive AI & People Analytics program execution: own integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and deliverables across the portfolio; translate strategic priorities into execution plans with clear ownership, timelines and measurable outcomes; run disciplined rhythms — working sessions, status reviews, decision logs and leadership updates; proactively resolve cross-functional blockers and escalate decisions with recommendations.
  • Lead the People Analytics platform transformation: program-manage the rollout and adoption of Visier as the enterprise People Analytics platform — development, validation, UAT, enablement and launch of products for HRBPs, people managers and P&C leaders; support migration and rationalization of legacy reporting (Tableau, spreadsheets, manual dashboards); manage dependencies across Snowflake, Visier, integrations, access controls and data governance; ensure every product has a business owner, success criteria, launch-readiness plan and post-launch support model.
  • Support AI transformation initiatives: coordinate delivery of AI agents, automation and AI-enabled workflows across P&C with AI engineers, product owners, domain experts, IT and Information Security; track dependencies on AI platforms, enterprise integrations, knowledge management, governance and security approvals; facilitate iterative co-design and business validation; support adoption, enablement and change management with functional leaders.
  • Enable executive visibility and accountability: produce concise, executive-ready program updates (progress, risks, decisions, business impact); prepare materials for leadership reviews, steering committees and governance forums; maintain the single source of truth for milestones, owners, decisions and dependencies; drive follow-through with a strong bias to execution and continuously improve how the organization plans and delivers.
  • Day to day: run the weekly program cadence and status; keep the roadmap, risk/dependency log and decision log current; unblock teams across P&C, IT, Enterprise AI, InfoSec and vendors (Visier, Google); prepare SteerCo and leadership materials; and deliver the 30/60/90-day outcomes — establish control and visibility, accelerate execution, and build a repeatable delivery model that reduces reliance on individual heroics.

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years of project/program management on complex enterprise technology or business transformation programs, with proven delivery of enterprise SaaS platforms, data and analytics products, AI solutions or workflow automation — end to end from discovery through adoption.
  • Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional programs with multiple business and technical stakeholders (IT, Security, Data Engineering, vendors): integrated plans, dependency and risk management, escalation with clear recommendations, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and hold teams accountable.
  • Excellent executive communication — distills complex information into concise, decision-oriented updates and steering-committee materials; hands-on with Asana, Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace; operates independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice- To- Haves:

  • Experience implementing People Analytics platforms (Visier, Workday Analytics or similar) and familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau and enterprise data integrations.
  • Working knowledge of generative AI, AI agents and LLM deployment considerations (platforms, integrations, knowledge management, governance, security approvals); demonstrated use of AI tools to automate project workflows.
  • Experience partnering with HR / People Operations / HR Technology / People Analytics organizations, with an understanding of data governance, privacy, information security and change management in a high-growth technology company.

Benefits: Bee Talent Solutions offers a competitive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional details regarding eligibility and plan offerings will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.
