Job description

GTX Solutions, a CourtAvenue Company, is a boutique consulting firm focused on helping brands unlock the power of their customer data. We specialize in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), real-time activation, personalization, and MarTech integrations. Our team blends strategic insight with technical expertise to drive measurable business outcomes for high-growth companies and global enterprises alike.

GTX Solutions leads data activation and delivery for enterprise CRM programs on the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Data 360, spanning email, SMS and direct mail. Our teams take over, stabilize and modernize live, high-volume programs, improving journeys, decisioning and measurement over time.

The Technical Program Manager, MarTech is the delivery anchor for the program. This role owns the integrated delivery plan across the CRM strategy, Salesforce platform, and data and analytics workstreams, manages dependencies and risks, and keeps a complex, multi-team program on schedule through transition and into steady-state operations.

Responsibilities
  • Own the integrated delivery plan across CRM strategy and delivery, Salesforce platform, and data and analytics workstreams, including milestones, dependencies and critical path.
  • Lead program transitions from incumbent agencies or platforms, including knowledge transfer, system access, parallel operations, cutover readiness and post-cutover stabilization.
  • Run intake for new requests: log, size and prioritize work with program leadership, and assign it to the right team.
  • Track and manage dependencies across workstreams and with client technology, security, legal and approval teams.
  • Maintain risk, issue and decision logs, and escalate early with clear options and recommendations.
  • Manage lead times for client review, approval and routing processes so campaign and journey deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate security reviews, data agreements and system access milestones with client and internal teams.
  • Facilitate recurring delivery syncs and provide workstream status for consolidated program reporting.
  • Produce and maintain delivery artifacts, including runbooks, RACI, launch checklists, QA processes and escalation models.
  • Partner with program management and account leadership to keep the delivery plan aligned with the overall program plan and client priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling and team coordination.

  • Requirements
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 3 years running technical MarTech, CRM, CDP or data programs.
  • Experience delivering programs on enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data 360, Adobe Experience Cloud or comparable platforms.
  • Proven experience managing platform transitions, agency transitions or large-scale implementations where live programs could not be disrupted.
  • Strong understanding of the technical lifecycle of CRM programs: data ingestion, audiences, journeys, QA and deployment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams and partners across strategy, technology, data, creative and client stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with program management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear plans, status updates and risk summaries for technical and executive audiences.
  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum or equivalent certification, or demonstrated equivalent experience.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise security assessments, data processing agreements and system access provisioning in large enterprise environments.
  • Automotive, OEM or dealer-network CRM program experience.
  • Background in MarTech consulting, agency delivery or professional services.
  • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methods for marketing technology programs.

  • Work Environment
  • This role supports an enterprise CRM program on the Salesforce platform.
  • The role requires close coordination with client marketing, technology and data teams; occasional travel or on-site presence may be required.
  • Southern California preferred, in the San Diego or Los Angeles area, to support in-person collaboration with client and partner teams.
  • GTX Solutions has team members across the United States.
  • GTX Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. GTX recruits qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a protected veteran, or genetic information.

GTX Solutions participates in the E-Verify program. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (I-9) upon hire.
