Atender clientes pelos canais oficiais (WhatsApp e e-mail)
Receber solicitações, dúvidas, cobranças e reclamações de forma profissional
Registrar e organizar todas as demandas no ClickUp, com clareza e contexto
Direcionar corretamente as solicitações para os times internos (Ads, Web, Design e Social Media)
Acompanhar e cobrar prazos e retornos do time interno
Solicitar ao cliente materiais, aprovações e informações pendentes
Manter o cliente atualizado sobre status, ajustes e entregas
Controlar prazos, SLAs e prioridades
Gerenciar múltiplos atendimentos simultaneamente
Garantir uma comunicação clara, objetiva e alinhada ao posicionamento da agência
