Als Projektmanager:in (Intermediate) bei 3pc steuerst du eigenverantwortlich Web-Projekte für die öffentliche Hand, von der Umsetzung anspruchsvoller TYPO3-Plattformen bis zu großvolumigen Vorhaben auf Basis des Government Site Builder (GSB 11). Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, interdisziplinärem Team und Technik: Du planst, koordinierst und lieferst – termin-, budget- und qualitätstreu. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Projektleiter:innen und Teamleads zusammen, die dich in komplexen Situationen unterstützen und mit denen du dich fachlich weiterentwickelst.


Deine Aufgaben

  • Gestaltung von Websites, Portalen und digitalen Tools – vom Konzept bis zum fertigen Screen
  • Entwicklung von Wireframes, Prototypen und High-Fidelity-Designs
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Designsystemen und Komponentenbibliotheken
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Konzeption, Projektmanagement und Frontend-Entwicklung
  • Präsentation deiner Entwürfe gegenüber Kund:innen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im UX/UI-Design für Web und Mobile
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables)
  • Sicheres Gespür für Typografie, Layout und Informationsarchitektur
  • Know-how in barrierefreiem Design (WCAG / BITV) – ein großes Plus im Public Sector
  • Verständnis für technische Umsetzung, idealerweise Erfahrung mit CMS-Projekten (z. B. TYPO3)
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und gute Deutschkenntnisse
