Project/Product Manager (Digital Transformation)

Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and improving operational efficiency through modern technologies? We are looking for a Project/Product Manager to lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives within Sigma Software’s internal ecosystem. 

In this role, you will coordinate complex enterprise projects, align business and technology stakeholders, and help shape scalable digital solutions that improve collaboration, automation, and operational excellence across the company. You will work remotely from Ukraine as part of Sigma Software’s IT Solutions Department.

The IT Solutions Department at Sigma Software is responsible for building and evolving the company’s internal digital ecosystem. The department focuses on implementing and developing business applications, enterprise platforms, and digital solutions that support multiple business functions across the organization. Its mission is to provide employees with efficient, scalable, and modern tools that improve productivity and collaboration. 

The role is focused on leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, enabling automation, and introducing AI-supported workflows across the company. You will coordinate multiple parallel streams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects in a complex enterprise environment. 

Job Description

• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution ensuring delivery on time and within budget 
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices 
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams 
• Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals, scope, and expected outcomes 
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI adoption 
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively 
• Ensure transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders 
• Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics and initiate corrective actions when needed 
• Maintain structured project documentation using modern AI-assisted approaches 
• Support delivery teams with resource planning, onboarding, and collaboration activities 
• Promote project management best practices and continuous process improvement 
• Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and propose value-driven initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in project or product management 
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks 
• Proven experience managing cross-functional or organizational transformation initiatives 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities 
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives 
• Strong risk management and prioritization skills 
• Understanding of modern technologies, system integrations, and automation approaches 
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects 
• Awareness of AI capabilities and readiness to integrate AI into workflows 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English 

WILL BE A PLUS 

• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs 
• Experience with workflow automation platforms or process management systems 
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches 
• Experience with AI-assisted project management tools 
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications 
• Experience working with international or distributed teams
