Senior Project Manager (New Initiatives)

We’re looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager who will drive new initiatives, shape new service offerings, and turn ideas into real business. This is a role for a starter and a driver, someone who doesn’t wait for a template but creates one.

CUSTOMER

We partner with global customers to deliver enterprise software solutions. We focus on high-value projects where customers come to us for expertise and solutions, not just for people.

PROJECT

You’ll oversee a portfolio of existing projects with experienced teams already in place. Your main focus, though, will be on what comes next: launching new initiatives. You’ll work with the unit’s existing experts and initiate hiring where new capabilities are needed.

Job Description

• Drive the launch of new initiatives and service lines, from idea to first contracts
• Shape service offerings and value propositions for new and existing customers
• Lead proposals and actively participate in presales, working closely with sales, architects, and delivery teams
• Oversee delivery of existing projects within scope, time, and budget
• Build and grow teams, including initiating hiring for new competencies
• Identify opportunities and risks early, and act on them without waiting to be asked
• Choose and adapt delivery approaches to fit each initiative, rather than following a single playbook

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
• Proven experience launching something new: a project, service, practice, or business direction
• Hands-on experience with proposals, offerings, or presales activities
• Ability to sell services and solutions and talk with customers about business value
• Experience with fixed-price projects
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move forward without a predefined process
• Strong ownership mindset: you initiate, not just execute
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
