Partner with the best

From pre-sales through to integration and performance, you'll be an end-to-end trusted advisor to customers. You'll act as a gateway to our products and platforms. You'll be delivering technical solutions and creatively tackling challenges that have a considerable impact to high-profile customers.

As a Security Consultant II, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the integration and project management of the Prolexic DDoS service across the Prolexic customer base.
• Supporting value confirmation of Prolexic DDoS services by ensuring successful integration, testing, and operational readiness to enable effective DDoS mitigation for our customers.
• Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping develop a long-term security posture and security strategy
• Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service and ensure customer engagement
• Collaborating with account teams to evaluate customer requirements, setting expectations and delivering the best of class solutions

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Manage complex projects while acting as the main customer contact during integration, ensuring coordination, communication, and successful service delivery.
• Be well versed in internet technologies like IP networks, DNS and routing, networking technologies, HTTP, TCP or web architecture
• Display excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation ability
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence through sound judgement, solid decision making and contingency planning
• Possess excellent communication skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and easy to understand manner
