Summary

We are seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of complex enterprise solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive expertise to drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between ServiceNow and critical third-party HR systems. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing operational efficiency, automating workflows, and delivering advanced AI-driven capabilities that support our organization's strategic goals in human capital management and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement robust integrations utilizing Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM environments.
  • Design and configure sophisticated automation flows using Flow Designer, including Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA) and Virtual Agent setups to streamline business processes.
  • Deploy and refine Generative AI features, such as Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to enhance user experiences and decision-making capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for system performance through Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF) implementation, and rigorous Platform Governance protocols.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules, focusing on Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and the customization of Employee Center Pro.
  • Lead the development of advanced Service Portals, creating intuitive and responsive user interfaces that meet diverse organizational needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience within the IT Services industry, with a strong focus on ServiceNow development.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing integrations with major HR platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM.
  • Deep proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub, including hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer (AWA & Virtual Agent).
  • Demonstrated ability to implement GenAI solutions, specifically Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Strong background in Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and enforcing Platform Governance policies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM applications, particularly regarding Core HR Case Management and Employee Center Pro.
  • Advanced skills in Service Portal development, capable of building complex, custom interfaces.
  • Ability to work within a salary range of ₹12-14 LPA.
