SAP FICO Senior Consultant


Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to lead critical financial operations and strategic initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role demands a professional with 8 to 12 years of specialized expertise in managing complex SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) landscapes. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical and functional authority, driving end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring robust production support, and facilitating seamless global rollouts. This position is essential for maintaining financial integrity, optimizing system performance, and aligning SAP solutions with evolving business requirements in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level AMS and L2-L3 production support to ensure system stability and rapid resolution of critical financial issues.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IDOC interfaces, including configuration, monitoring, and complex reconciliation processes.
  • Oversee ITIL-compliant service management workflows utilizing platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Execute precise tax configurations and manage the technical aspects of banking integrations and month-end financial closing activities.
  • Lead global implementation rollouts while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and cross-functional communication.
  • Architect and deploy comprehensive SAP FICO solutions across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
  • Guide end-to-end implementation projects from requirement gathering and blueprinting through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO consulting.
  • Deep expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules with a focus on FI and CO.
  • Strong proficiency in managing AMS operations, specifically L2-L3 production support scenarios.
  • Advanced technical skills in IDOC interface management and data reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure tax structures and handle banking transactions within SAP.
  • Experience leading global rollout projects and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and proficiency in using ServiceNow or Jira for service management.
  • Compensation package offered is ₹18 LPA.


Salary: 18-19 lpa
