Engineering Director – Salesforce

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a
Engineering Director – Salesforce for our premier client in
Remote.
Education and Experience »
- 18+ years of software engineering experience , with significant experience in senior engineering leadership
- Proven experience as an Engineering Director / Senior Engineering Leader in a product engineering
- Experience designing and building microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform — Azure
- Experience building and scaling engineering organizations and mentoring senior technical talent.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong hands-on background in software engineering, architecture and application development
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, security, observability and performance engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to remain technically hands-on and contribute to architecture and complex technical decisions.
- Strong Salesforce engineering and architecture experience, including development, customization and enterprise integrations.
- Strong experience with modern Web Technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience building large-scale / CRM / SaaS platforms.
- Experience with AI/ML or GenAI-enabled product engineering.
