  • Someone who can contribute immediately rather than requiring extensive training on federal acquisition processes.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with. 
  • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve. 
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. 
  • Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours. 
  • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers. 

Education/Experience Requirements: 

  • Federal Acquisition Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years of consistent, hands-on experience in a federal acquisition liaison or similar role. 
  • Recent Experience: Must have relevant federal acquisition experience within the last 3 years. 
  • Civilian Federal Agency Experience: Experience supporting civilian federal agencies. 
  • Acquisition Package Development: Must have a strong understanding of how to develop, coordinate, and assemble federal acquisition packages. 
  • Contracting Knowledge: Must have practical contracting experience and a strong understanding of federal contracting processes. 
  • FAR Knowledge: Knowledgeable about the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and how it applies to the acquisition process. 
  • IDIQ Experience: Strong understanding of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and related acquisition processes. 
  • UFMS Experience: Experience with Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
