Required Professional Skills: 

  • Business Process Reengineering: Experience supporting IT or non-IT business process improvement/reengineering projects, whether system-driven or non-system-driven. 
  • Process Mapping & Design: Strong experience with process mapping, evaluating current processes, designing future-state processes, and applying design thinking principles. 
  • Federal Budget Process: Knowledge or experience with the federal budget process. 
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex problems, identify issues, and develop practical solutions. 
  • Strong Communication: Must be articulate, clear, and concise.  
  • Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand new subject areas, adapt, and hit the ground running. 
  • Organization & Independence: Must be highly organized, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team. 
  • Requirements Gathering: Ability to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gather meaningful information from stakeholders and understand business needs.

  • Possess Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, balance, and effectively advance multiple competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to interact in a professional and collaborative manner with fellow Dynanet Teammates and the clients, and business partners that we work with. 
  • Ability and desire to challenge and educate yourself to support and advance IT services delivery in the Federal agencies we serve. 
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills. 
  • Respond to team member and client requests via email, MS teams, or other communication means during core business hours. 
  • Active listening skills to understand clients' needs, and collaboration skills to work with other developers and designers.
