  • Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with FP&A and operations leaders, including financial analysis, presentations, and business case support for key initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with practices by responding to finance-related support needs, including dc assist tickets, service-level expectations, and annual inventory review requirements.

Process Improvement and Strategic Support:

  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, support operational efficiency, and contribute to strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align financial goals with overall business objectives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems is required
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
